The clarity with which we look at the implementation of an interior design project and the implementation process will facilitate the communication between the beneficiary and the designer or architect, leading to a successful result and a cursory completion without any incidents and inconveniences.
Before going to action and starting the project effectively, before seeing what is happening in the design process and the stages on the site, it is very important to allocate time. Time for the beneficiary to identify his / her real needs, wishes and expectations so that he / she can then make good decisions for himself / herself and the project, the time of the architects for the case study, the analysis of variants and options, time to give free rein to creativity and intersect with the technical rigors of a high-quality implementation. Even if we are talking about a single room, a house in its entirety, a simple garden or the image of a business, time is the key ingredient that will eventually make the difference between a well-thought-out project and a one-shot project, with errors, unexpected returns and changes during the run.
In relation to the design firm, we could say there are four major stages from the first contact and until the project is completed.
The exploration phase includes, alongside the initial clarification, the scheduling of the workflows, in a leaping way, in conjunction with the design, material supply and site implementation, depending on the stage of the building at the initial stage and the emergency of the beneficiary.
This stage involves time and availability on the part of the beneficiaries, materializing as meetings at the design or location of the company, exchanges of mail and telephone conversations, through which we find information about the project, the beneficiary, the needs, desires and expectations.
The emphasis will be on choosing a design line that is suited to user space and personality, agreeing chromatics, finishing styles, textures and favorite materials, setting up functionalities to meet all requirements, and taking into account any space limitations, exposure to ideas, to both sides, and the choice of the common work direction, in other words, the discovery of everything that the recipient likes and does not like, so that in the end the space designed “mainly” speaks about him.
There will be details about the emotional features of the project: family members and their desires, the individuality of each space according to the needs of everyone, the general environment, the definition of “comfort” in concrete terms and the determination of undesirable elements in the project. These issues are particularly important before the actual design process begins, in order to establish a clear working direction, without any errors and recoveries due to lack of initial information.
As we mentioned before, in addition to the exchange of images and ideas, during the Exploration period, the correct implementation phases will be established, with the prioritization of the design phases, and the corroboration of this information with the deadlines for the execution of the teams of collaborators for each specialty. In other words, the planning the design project is made, taking into account all the aspects imposed by the overall picture of the entire arrangement.
We will come up with ideas that will test your boundaries and bring the design to that final design clue you dreamed of before coming to us. We will transform all the images you have shown us through the perspective of this unique and personalized approach. There is a limit where adrenaline increases and fear of the unknown is balanced by the joy of being surprised. The courage to overcome these mental barriers, enough to open a door to novelty and innovation, will help you discover a “beautiful” you could not have imagined remaining captive within the limits of familiar safety.
Remember that you’ve contacted a design firm because you want more. Because you want something else than before. Something about you, about you and done for your benefit. Beauty, comfort and functionality always start from the recipient. Interior design is not just about beautiful spaces, but about those interiors that characterize you best, identifying your emotions and needs, supporting a happy and balanced life.
