Dreams, ideas, desires – the basic ingredients of any interior design project. A young couple, at the beginning of their story of life, bold and full of courage, wants to shape the place that together they will turn into “home”. They make plans, look for the multi-dream apartment, become owners and …
… and I take action. But what does that mean? They both fall into thoughts, browse magazines of interior design, pay a visit to two in a few high profile shops, walk through the empty, gray and dark apartment, seeming too small and unfriendly for everything they wanted. The conclusion is more than obvious: they need specialized help!
A team of designers and architects represents a combination of diverse knowledge and experience that has come to support this young couple, who wants to write their story in their own way, personalized according to the budget, needs and wishes of the two. Collaborating with an interior design and architecture firm is the tool that is needed in any project to combine the initial ingredients and finally achieve the desired result – the home of their dreams.
The configuration is done by the detailed choice of each service needed and its addition in the price calculator, at any time knowing exactly what the value of the selected services is. This working mode allows a very advanced level of customization of the service package, for maximum efficiency of all available resources.
After signing the contract and its annexes, the route followed by the beneficiaries together with the interior architects will go through two major stages of work, I. Projection and design and II. Implementation.
1.In this stage, for the project of the young couple was needed measurements in place, necessary to make the sketch of the apartment, in 2D and 3D format, which were subsequently discussed some functional variants of compartmentalization, with minimal intervention and, implicitly, of costs.
2.Once the housing function is established, the next step is to identify the desired design direction – the layout style, the approved color scheme, as well as the limitations imposed by the beneficiaries. Only after this stage can one proceed to the concrete choice of finishes for walls and floors according to previously established details (lime, decorative finishes, wallpaper, tiles and profiles of various materials – wood, ceramics, stone, polystyrene etc., parquet, tiles , stone, carpet, PVC carpet, etc.). Now is the time to choose and other home decoration products, to give that design touch that impresses the personality of the beneficiaries and transforms the interior into a real home (lighting, carpets, curtains and curtains, mirrors, paintings, vases and pots for indoor flowers, other decorative objects).
3.On the authorized functionary can now proceed to the execution of the project of custom furniture and the concrete choice, from the specialty stores, of the serial parts to complement the realized design. Of course, all the elements integrated so far in the project have to fit in the initial budget, established with the beneficiaries, so that the real image from the end of the project is identical with the renderings made during the design stage.
4.Finally, one of the long-awaited moments: color images with the final arrangement, a visual transposition as faithful as possible of all the elements chosen in the previous steps, as agreed by the beneficiaries. With the help of color renderings, the implementation will be easier, providing clarity to the executives for the correct implementation and without hesitation of the project realized by the design team.
5.The services offered by Acolada do not stop only at the design side, but also provide consultancy and guidance in the next stage, the implementation of the realized project. Beyond the aesthetic side, in any arrangement there is a need for clarity in implementation, by providing documented technical support especially for the positioning of lighting fixtures and sockets / switches, for the part of custom-made furniture, as well as for any operations involving the construction of hinges, false ceilings, partition walls or the detailed installation of faience, tiles and sanitary ware in bathrooms.
If we say that the young people in the example above did not feel tired of the period they went through, we lie. There was stress, and moments with challenges inherent in any interior design project, especially when it is the first experience of this kind for any beneficiary. But all this was easily managed because, at every step, at every stage, the designers who worked on their project were accompanied by answers, technical drawings, immediate resolutions of any situations that appeared during the course and, last but not least, with clarity and specialized advice. in all the decisions that had to be taken for the successful completion of the arrangement.
