The functional thus designed invites us from the reception hall to either of the two reference areas, the interior habitat being separated from the front access by this buffer vestibule. The main circulation of the users through the house is strictly restricted in the central area, so that all the functions remain unified, without having to cross them unnecessarily.
The interior partitioning is the result of the real analysis of the daily activities of the beneficiaries, including both generous technical and storage spaces, for food, clothing and linen, bathrooms, laundry, the room of the boiler and the warehouse for equipment and tools, as well as rooms for either spending time together with family and friends, or relaxing and studying in individual bedrooms. The dining room and the living room have become the most privileged space of the house, being able to be extended in the hot season outside, the generous terrace, with direct access, being specially designed for this purpose.
Architecture, from the inside to the outside
The architecture designed for the users can only be conceived from the inside to the outside, the priority being the optimization of a functional one adapted to the specific of each family, according to their daily activities and their hobbies, and, why not, transforming in reality the dream that was the basis of the project. The outer shape has the role of harmoniously dressing the interior partition in architectural elements and decorative details, with the help of which the whole ensemble acquires the architect’s personality, combined with the uniqueness of the beneficiaries.
