A diaphanous dream, crafted in an elegant and refined reality in the middle of the forest, just a few minutes from the city center

Elegance and delicacy, simplicity and sophistication, these would be the clues in which the French dream of the beneficiaries of this generous property, to whose transformation in fact our team also participated. Situated in one of the liveliest residential areas of Iaşi, the house benefits from the privilege of being built in the middle of a small deciduous forest, whose romantic beauty has determined the choice of the whole concept of interior and exterior design.

The interior of the dwelling has been organized on areas of interest, depending on the daily pace and activities of the beneficiaries at home, so that each of the four levels meets different needs.

The ground floor was reserved for the reception of both guests and family evenings around the fireplace, a central attraction point that separates between the living room and the dining room near the kitchen, with access to the generous terrace from the garden.

The rest area was set upstairs, consisting of four generous bedrooms with dressing, private bathroom and terraces, each fitted in a personalized manner, treating different themes according to the personality of the owners.

A unitary design concept, inspired by the fine and elegant romanticism of France in the classical era, combining retro and vintage details in soft, sweet and pastel tones.
The design of each bedroom has been chosen to provide a true virtual journey through dazzled French regions, from classical elegance in the north-central part of the country, to the bourgeois explosion and the scorching sea waves that swim the French coast of France.

Our customers really wanted an elegant ambience without being sophisticated and loaded with unnecessary detail, as simple and refined, transforming an imposing home by its size into a welcoming and comfortable home. This requirement, not at all easy, has been transposed into reality by neutral chromatics in gray beige tones and natural textures, in the context of an elegant and graceful design for the entire home.
From the inside to the exterior, from dream to reality, this project was done following the same theme, both for the design of the dwelling and for the arrangement of the gardens. Every detail was carefully chosen and suited to its place, in order not to visually load it, the simplest simplicity of the ensemble being the general reference point.

The attic and the basement are areas for recreational or sports activities, both in the summer and in the cold season. If the last level was thought of as a secluded place for children’s hobbies, the semi-boarder, invisible at the entrance to the house, is a pleasant surprise, making the transition from the spa area of ​​the home with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and showers, fitness center and table tennis table, to the semi-covered terrace with a lawn opening and the summer gazebo.
